Can i exchange for another size?

Yes! We are able to accommodate exchange for items that are in stock.

As customers are responsible for delivery fees for exchanges, we strongly recommend that you choose the right size.

How long before my order gets delivered?

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Note: if you place an order after 5pm GMT on a Friday, your order may not be delivered until the following Monday.

Do you deliver outside Accra?

We deliver to every part of Ghana via FedEx.

Delivery rates are not fixed and depend on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Are you going to be re-stocking a particular item or size?

Maybe! Maybe not!

We pride in the exclusivity of our pieces. Designs may come in similar or different prints but in very limited quantities.

Once they are sold out, they are gone. You or a few other Frikakyi Girlies may be the only ones with a particular design in a specific print.

Can i send my own designs to be made?

We are ready to wear fashion brand that specializes in Afro-chic clothing.

Therefore, we do not accept bespoke orders, but have a range of ready-made garments for you to choose from.

Are you solely an online shop or do you have a physical store?

We have a strong digital presence that provides an easy and convenient way to interact with us and find out more about our pieces.

unfortunately, we do not yet have a physical store for walk-ins and try-ons.
